Chris Claydon has been involved in recruitment, resourcing and consulting since the early 90’s in London. Working with some of the best known names in the industry, he has helped shape and plan the futures of thousands of professionals worldwide.

Chris leads the Synchronise Australia team and works tirelessly with a broad section of clients delivering Executive Search, Resourcing Augmentation and consulting engagements.

He can be found spending time in Melbourne and also in the spa town of Daylesford with his wife and family dog, Leo.

Marc is a recruitment professional with over 20 years experience across Australia and the UK. He specialises in HR, Safety and IR and has worked across several industries including construction, manufacturing, FMCG and finance / insurance. Marc has a focus on delivering an exceptional service and adding value by providing expert advice and improving recruitment processes.

Marc has consistently delivered for hundreds of clients and has a large network of connections which enable him to deliver to tight timeframes and for major clients.
